Jaguar Crossover Concept C-X17 Gets A 'Dekho'
The Indian Auto Expo 2014 witnessed the first crossover concept from Jaguar, christened as C-X17. Residing the luxury segment, this crossover first made its entry in the automobile arena at Frankfurt Motor Show 2013. The concept defines the all new advanced aluminium monocoque architecture, that is, iQ (AI), based on which the future line-ups from Jaguar will be manufactured. The new design structure will provide handful of characteristics to the vehicle, such as high-strength, sturdy look, lightweight and innovative technologies to improve vehicle's efficiency.‪

Apart from bestowing the above stated features, the new architecture even results in bulk production in collaboration with superior interior packaging and creative design freedom, which will not hamper, in any case, the unique characteristics, luxurious touch and quality performance that the company delivers through its products. Using this technique, the company will be able to take a huge piece of market share, including the premium segment as well, which in turn will also give a boost to the product portfolio of Jaguar.‪
Stretched from front, Jaguar C-X17 has been given an impeccable blend of style and unsurpassable performance. The crossover has the build that a single look to its bold and aggressive front is enough to spell-bound the viewer.

The 23-inch alloy wheels, frosted-glass foglights, LED headlamps and J-shaped running lights add more to the charm of this beastly mean-machine. Painted in a shining Caesium Blue color, the crossover looks all the more appealing than its previous models.

‪Designed with both petrol and diesel engines, Jaguar C-X17 crossover concept delivers the best-in-class energy with its V6 petrol powermill. Aluminium monocoque combined with the vehicle enables it to provide better fuel efficiency. Performance-wise, the beast has the capacity to give a top speed of 300kmph, emitting less than 100gms of carbon-dioxide (CO2) per kilometer. Inside the vehicle, you will find additions like bucket seats, armrest, two-additional rear-mounted leisure seats, jet saddle Connolly leather and Orchid Connolly leather above instrument panel.
